When it comes to fishing regulations, it’s important to note that the Arkansas Game and Fish Commission (AGFC) has specific regulations for trout fishing in Cotter. Both the White and the Norfork are stocked and managed by the AGFC, with the White River getting nearly 1.5 million rainbows stocked a year!
